- Curing blend components were mixed and allowed to cool to 25 C before blends were used to develop exothermic data.
- Cured 7 days, ~25 C.
- 1-inch cylinders, ½-inch diameter; cured 7 days, ~25 C. Tested at 25 C (77F).
- 5.25 wt. % binder mixed with rock; cured 7 days, ~25 C.
- Samples dipped in water and chilled over dry ice for 5 hr. Blocks allowed to thaw overnight. Cycle repeated as specified.
